Availability Nyle takes projects on a first-come, first-serve basis, but is known for resourcefully managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Make sure you let him know your project priorities when speaking with us, so the level of committment is clearly defined. Travel Nyle used to travel extensively but now limits his travel.  He still travels for C-Level, Executive, Mentoring and short-term contracts only.  Please respect this and do not ask if your opportunity does not meet these stated requirements. Rates Generally all rates are negotiable, but be sensible.  Do not propose a rate that is an insult, we will take it as just that! Contract Rates - Non C-Level: Outside of the DFW Metro area, Nyle is available but rate is $75/hr, 40hr/wk minimum + all bills paid!  Not negotiable!* All C-Level positions will be negotiated with a rep (see below). * Certain positions or contracts may require more. Local to DFW or via virtual/remote for $55/hr, 20hr/wk minimum. Negotiable!  Retainer contracts are also available. Full Time Rate: Traveling for C-Level, Board, Interim and Mentoring positions. Sorry will not relocate, for a full time, unless offer is insane.  Full time rate negotiable for these. Full time rate, excluding the above is $125K, Negotiable, but will have to be strong offer with Golden Parachute.  If you do not have these options don't even ask for less.  Promises are just words, so if not in the contract, do not talk about it, will both irritate and offend us greatly! Alternative If you find either the need for full time is prohibitive; you may retain Nyle through DaviSoft.  DaviSoft retainer contracts are issued in 10 hour increments, which can be either weekly or monthly.  A minimum is required for the retainer contract option.
