Mainframe Programmer experienced in a wide variety of platforms, applications, and tool sets with ability to integrate non-compatible tools and applications.  Extreme REXX and Print Support Programmer with former IBM Level II help-desk support for IBM Southeast Region handling BookManager, Profs, Pubs, Font Pages and other print/printer related problems.  Highly productive having programmed 80,000 lines of code (2GL) in 1994 on 6 month project for Texas Utilities (TXU).

·         Designed Input Queue monitoring system to kick-off Tivoli batch job and print re-formatting process.

·         Built move/equipment tracking database for move from 23 offsite locations to new “Energy Plaza”

·         Created computer move/reconfiguration tool to allow for automated movement of Computer Assets

·         Created help desk tracking tools to allow for creation, tracking, dispatching, etc of trouble tickets
